For 30 years my family has rented houses in OBX and this was the first time renting through Shoreline OBX. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They are very nice and communicated important rental info on a regular basis. They were very prompt in responding to any questions I had and addressing any emails I sent. The cleaning service they use was excellent and our house was perfect when we arrived and was even ready ahead of schedule. Shoreline OBX provided us a pristine, clean, and professionally detailed beach house upon arrival. It looked like a model home! The attention to detail as far as cleanliness was seen in every room. Shoreline OBX makes renting a beach house a breeze! Their email and text communication is timely, booking and payment process is easy with no surprises, 1:00 PM entry time is golden (with keyless entry too!), and maintenance staff was super quick to resolve a slow draining tub. We’ve dealt with Shoreline OBX for 10 years as we’ve rented the same house every summer. They have been terrific. The house is always clean and ready when we arrive. I shared that we were very impressed by how clean the rental was, and the representative told me they do all of their cleaning in house!
